Clear rules create a transparent and trustworthy foundation for a successful collaboration. The following General Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between Aurelix and its clients in the areas of web design, web development, graphic design, branding, content creation, consulting, and other digital services.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Aurelix – Daliborka Djordjevic and its clients. Deviating terms and conditions shall only apply if they have been expressly agreed to in writing.
A contract is concluded upon written confirmation of an offer, the placement of an order via email, or the acceptance of a customized offer.
The specific scope of services is set forth in the respective offer or an individual agreement. Additional services will be billed separately.
The client agrees to provide all information, texts, images, and access data necessary for the execution of the project in a timely manner.
Invoices are payable without deduction within 10 days of the invoice date. For larger, ongoing projects, partial payments will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
Unless otherwise agreed, up to two rounds of revisions are included in the agreed-upon price. Additional changes will be billed based on actual time and effort.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed-upon rights of use to the work produced.
Aurelix is entitled to present completed projects as references on its own website and on social media, unless otherwise agreed.
Liability applies exclusively to damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. The client is responsible for the content and materials provided.
Stated delivery dates are approximate unless they have been expressly agreed upon in writing as binding.
Services already rendered must be paid for in full, even in the event of premature termination of a project.
Personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Should any individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Effective as of June 2026.
